Messrs. P. E. LIM Advocates & Solicitors (https://pelim.my) was founded by its Managing Partner, Ms. Judy Lim Pek Eng, in 1997, as a boutique civil litigation and dispute resolution legal firm in Petaling Jaya.
Judy has over 30 years of experience in the legal profession, and has appeared at all levels of the courts in Malaysia. She is included in Asia Business Law Journal’s A-List of Malaysia’s top 100 lawyers for 2025, and was the recipient of the Client Choice Awards: Malaysia Lawyer of the Year award in the Asialaw Awards 2023.
Judy is assisted by Joshua Wu Kai-Ming, one of the partners of the firm. Joshua has been a co-counsel in a number of public interest litigation, and was the Co-Deputy Chairperson of the Bar Council Constitutional Law Committee for the 2024/2025 term.
The firm has been recognised as a Notable firm for “Commercial and Transactions” by Benchmark Litigation, and a Notable Firm for “Dispute Resolution” by Asialaw.
The firm was shortlisted as one of the finalists for the “Dispute Resolution Boutique Law Firm of the Year” category in the Asian Legal Business’ ALB Malaysia Law Awards 2025.
